Ronald White, nicknamed Ron Ron by his grandmother, is an independent hip hop artist and music video director based in Kansas City. He has been releasing mixtapes since at least 2005, earning regional attention and respectable enough download numbers to land him a contract with Bungalo Records. This deal was short-lived, and Ron is currently back to releasing his music independently. Local media recognized him in 2009 for having the Kansas City song of the year in his single "Caked Up" featuring Stik Figa.
